Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 can tomato puree
4 teaspoons dried basil
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon white sugar
Directions
Step 1:
Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Ad onions, green onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
Step 2:
Stir in tomato puree, basil, oregano and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20mins.
Step 3:
Serve over pasta
