Pan Fried Butter Beans

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 can butter beans- drained, rinsed and patted dry
2 cloves garlic, peeled & smashed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 pinch red pepper flakes, or more to taste
salt & ground pepped to taste
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1:
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add beans; cook & stir until slightly golden & crispy.
Step 2:
Stir in garlic, rosemary, pepper flakes, salt & pepper and continue cooking until crispy.
Step 3:
Discard the garlic and stir in the vinegar.
Step 4:
Serve hot and enjoy!
