Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 extra large onion chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 kg lean ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 serano chilli pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped, fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 cans curry mixed vegetables
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish
Step 2:
Whisk eggs lightly in a large bowl. Add milk, melted butter, sugar and cornstarch; whisk until well combined.
Step 3:
Stir in drained whole kernel corn and cream-style corn until fully blended.
Pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Step 4:
Bake in pre-heated oven until golden brown.
