Green Beans Casserole

This Green Beans Casserole is a classic comfort dish that’s both creamy and crunchy. Ingredients

2 cans green beans, drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 fried onions

Directions

Step 1:
Pre-heat oven to 175°C.
Step 2:
Mix green beans and condensed soup together in a large microwave-safe bowl until well combined.
Microwave on high until warm (3-5 mins).
Step 3:
Stir in half cup cheddar cheese into the green bean mixture. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins.
Step 4:
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish & spread evenly over the bottom.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar over the top, then sprinkle the French onion rings.
Step 5:
Bake in a pre-heated oven until cheese is melted & the onions are just turning brown.
